Q: What is an online golf tournament?
A: An online golf tournament, through Golf Tournaments Online,
is an opportunity for members of the site to play an 18 hole round
of golf at the venue of their choice; while competing against other
golfers playing at the same or other golf courses registered for
the same tournament.
Q: How does Golf Tournaments Online establish a fair playing
field when players are competing on different golf courses and
each golf course has different levels of difficulty?
A: Golf Tournaments Online uses a
formula that takes into
consideration the golfer’s handicap index, the course slope
rating and the golfers gross score and then calculate a net score
for each participant.

A: Due to Golf Tournaments Online's strict
verification process,
membership is restricted to golfers who have a verifiable

website available, please let us know and we will consider
adding it to our
